High voltage polarization deviceApply a sufficiently high direct current electric field on piezoelectric ceramics and maintain a certain temperature and time to force their domain direction, or in other words, force them to spontaneously polarize and align in a directional manner. After polarization treatment, the external electric field is zero. Due to the internal restoring force (such as the release of internal stress caused by polarization), the spontaneous polarization of each grain can only be oriented to a certain extent in the direction of the original external electric field. The polarization strength inside the ceramic is no longer zero, and this polarization strength is called residual polarization strength.
