High viscosity liquid backwash filter, also known as Bernoulli backwash filter, is a type of self-cleaning filter. Self cleaning filters also include suction self-cleaning filters (also known as suction self-cleaning filters), fully automatic brush filters, fully automatic P-type backwash filters, industrial water self-cleaning filters, or industrial water automatic backwash filters.

Working principle of high viscosity liquid backwash filter
Filtration state: The liquid is injected from the inlet of the high viscosity liquid backwash filter, flows from top to bottom, passes through the inner surface of the filter element, and flows towards the outlet; When a certain amount of impurities are collected on the surface of the filter element, the cleaning program is started at a scheduled time or according to the set pressure difference.
Cleaning status: The cylinder drives the cleaning disc to move in a straight line, and the impurities in this part fall into the collection chamber through the cleaning disc with the descending liquid. Repeat cleaning several times until the filter element is cleaned.
Control method for backwash filter of high viscosity liquid
There are two control methods for cleaning high viscosity liquid backwash filters: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: Automatic control has two methods: timing and pressure difference. Set the filtering time on the filtering timer. When the filtering time is up, start the sewage discharge, and the sewage discharge time is set by the sewage discharge time timer; At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the user set pressure difference in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter also cleans and discharges, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. After the discharge is completed, stop cleaning, and the system returns to its initial state, preparing for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Turn the manual/automatic selection switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will be discharged.
