【High shear mango smoothie emulsifierThe working principle
A vacuum emulsifier is the process of efficiently, quickly, and uniformly transferring one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid) in a vacuum state. Under normal circumstances, each phase is immiscible with each other. When external capabilities are input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the high tangent speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by the high-frequency mechanical effect, the materials are subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and other comprehensive effects in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspended lotion, lotion and foam. Thus, the immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases can be dispersed and emulsified uniformly and finely in an instant under the combined action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. After high-frequency cycling, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
Vacuum emulsification machine is mainly used for the production of micro lotion and ultra-fine suspension. Since three groups of dispersion heads (stator+rotor) in the working chamber work at the same time, after high shearing, the lotion drops are more delicate and the particle size distribution is narrower, so the stability of the generated mixed liquid is better. The three sets of dispersing heads are easy to replace and suitable for different process applications. The different models of machines in this series have the same line speed and shear rate, making it very easy to expand production. The appropriate temperature, pressure, and viscosity parameters are the same as DSSPERSSNG. It also meets GSP/SSP cleaning standards and is suitable for food and pharmaceutical production.
Shanghai Sijun Company has just developed a new product through research, which is particularly suitable for materials that require grinding, dispersing, emulsifying, and homogenization in one step. We will modify the three-stage high shear homogenizer emulsifier by replacing the three-stage with the first stage, and then adding a colloid grinding head on top of the emulsifier head, so that the material can be first finely ground by colloid before being dispersed, emulsified and homogenized by the emulsifier. The colloid mill can be replaced according to material requirements (we provide five types of emulsifying heads for customers to choose from, including 2P, 2G, 4M, 6F, 8SF, etc.)
Advantages of Vacuum Emulsifier
