Anhui Hilbert High and Low Temperature Test ChamberSuitable for testing and determining the parameters and performance of electrical, electronic, and other products and materials after high temperature, low temperature, or constant temperature environmental changes.
Structural characteristics of high and low temperature test chamber:
1. Original French imported "Taikang" refrigeration unit and complete set of refrigeration accessories. The refrigeration method adopts single-stage or two-stage cascade refrigeration (air-cooled or water-cooled).
2. Original Japanese imported temperature control instrument (excluding constant temperature box) input method PT100 sensor.
3. The inner liner is made of high-quality imported stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is made of A3 steel plate electrostatically sprayed.
4. Stainless steel flake high-efficiency electric heater.

The high and low temperature test chamber can be divided into alternating test and constant temperature test according to the test methods and industry standards. Both test methods are upgraded and expanded on the basis of the high and low temperature test chamber. The alternating test chamber refers to the ability to set the required high and low temperatures and the required temperature time within the instrument parameters at once. The test chamber will follow the set program. The high and low temperature test chamber is used to set a fixed temperature to make the test effect closer to natural climate, simulate more adverse natural climate, and thus improve the reliability of the tested sample.
