Overview

There are two ways to use it:

1. Instructions for using wire rope magnetic field source

This usage is paired with a steel wire rope magnetizer and a demagnetizer. First, select a location where the hoist wire rope swings less, such as under the drum, guide wheel, or pulley. Install the magnetic switch next to the wire rope so that the switch end face sensor is facing the wire rope, and the distance between the switch end face and the rope is less than 50mm. Then, use a wire rope magnetizer to magnetize the corresponding position on the wire rope at a fixed point. During the lifting process, when the magnetized section of the steel wire rope reaches the position of the magnetic switch, the switch will activate and send signals for deceleration and other positions. Its application principle is similar to that of a tape recorder, which records the position signal on a steel wire rope, and during operation, the magnetic switch detects the recording point and sends out the position signal.

2. Usage of permanent magnet magnetic field source

This usage is to fix the permanent magnet on the side wall of the lifting container, and install the magnetic switch on the fixed position of the wellbore tank beam, wellhead or derrick, so that the switch end face sensor runs up and down the track space facing the magnet. During the lifting process, when the magnet on the container reaches the magnetic switch position, the switch will activate, sending signals for deceleration, parking, and other positions

working principle

This switch is composed of a static magnetic switch and a moving control magnetic steel, using the principle of magnetic induction to make the internal switch operate, achieving the purpose of contact on and off, and realizing the control of external circuits. (KYCX-10 switch, contact and special power amplification, increase switch capacity, no need to separately supply power). The mechanical collision switch has the characteristics of poor contact and easy damage.

The principle of proximity sensor: Linear proximity sensor is a linear device belonging to metal induction. After the power is turned on, an alternating magnetic field will be generated on the sensing surface of the sensor. When a metal object approaches this sensing surface, eddy currents will be generated in the metal to absorb the energy of the oscillator, causing the output amplitude of the oscillator to decay linearly. Then, based on the change in attenuation, the non-contact detection of the object will be achieved. This proximity sensor has no sliding contacts, is not affected by non-metallic factors such as dust during operation, and has low power consumption, long lifespan, and can be used in various harsh conditions.

(1) The output signal of the proximity switch: when the contact is conductive, the voltage drop should not exceed 0.5V (with a current of 1A injected); when the contact is disconnected, the output resistance should not be less than 100K Ω (for example, applying a voltage of 12V DC);

Environmental conditions for use

a) Surrounding ambient temperature: -25 to+70 ℃;

b) Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters;

c) When the ambient temperature is 25 ℃, the relative humidity is 95 ± 5%;

d) There is an explosive mixture of methane and coal dust underground in coal mines, but there are no corrosive environments that can damage the insulation layer or work in strong magnetic fields.
