Selection of various switch contacts:
In general industrial sites, eddy current proximity switches and capacitive proximity switches are commonly used. Because these two types of proximity switches have lower environmental requirements. When the tested object is a conductive object or an object that can be fixed on a metal object, the eddy current proximity switch J is generally selected because of its high response frequency, good resistance to environmental interference, wide application range, and low price. If the measured object is non-metallic (or metallic), liquid level height, powder height, plastic, tobacco, etc. A capacitive proximity switch should be selected. This type of switch has a low response frequency but good stability. Environmental factors should be considered during installation. If the tested object is a magnetic material or a magnetic steel is buried inside the tested object to distinguish it from other objects moving together, a Hall proximity switch should be used, as it has a low price. In environments with good environmental conditions and no dust pollution, photoelectric proximity switches can be used. When the photoelectric proximity switch is working, it has almost no effect on the measured object. Therefore, it is widely used in tobacco machinery on high demand fax machines. Automatic doors typically use pyroelectric proximity switches, ultrasonic proximity switches, and microwave proximity switches. Sometimes, in order to improve the reliability of recognition, the above-mentioned proximity switches are often used in combination. Regardless of which type of proximity switch is selected, attention should be paid to the working 220V magnetic switch contact GH-CX25/magnetic switch. It is a non-contact magnetic proximity switch composed of a magnetic sensor, electronic circuit, and output switch. When the permanent magnet of the magnetic detection body enters the sensitive area of the magnetic sensor, the switch is activated by the magnetic field, and the switch signal is output. This signal reflects the position and direction of motion of the detection body, and can be used as the travel position signal of the control system. By adopting fault-tolerant hot backup and high anti-interference technology, high technical indicators and performance have been achieved, making it suitable for mines with relatively fixed lifting containers.

Magnet switch contact GH-CX25 220V, abbreviated as magnetic switch, is composed of switch contact and magnet. It is used to detect the permanent magnet fixed on the measured object and sense the proximity of its position. When the tested permanent magnet or object approaches the required opening distance (adjustable), the output switch signal or indicator light will turn on. Due to the use of non-contact detection, it has high speed, long life, and high reliability; The characteristic of stable operation in humid and corrosive environments, or in flammable (explosive) environments
The explosion-proof magnetic proximity switch is composed of two parts: the magnet and the switch contact. Magnets are divided into two types: electromagnets and permanent magnets, and can be selected according to control needs. The switch contacts are divided into three forms: normally open contacts, normally closed contacts, and rotary control contacts, which are also selected according to actual needs. The magnet and the contact should be installed on the same axis, and the distance between the two should be within the working distance. There should be no strong magnetic field around the switch contacts to avoid any impact. Electromagnets require a 24V DC power supply, and the two leads of the switch contacts should be connected in series with the power supply and load. It is not allowed to short-circuit and burn out the contacts by only connecting to the power supply.
Main technical indicators
(1) Contact working voltage: DC 24V (our company also has AC/DC 240V high voltage and high current products)
(2) Contact working current: ≤ 0.4A
(3) Control distance: ≤ 100mm
(4) Induction element size: φ 20mm × 95mm
(5) IP protection, etc.: IP68 (dustproof, waterproof, explosion-proof, shockproof, anti pull off, can work underwater).
Note 1: Anti vibration - The sensor is encapsulated with epoxy resin inside, which is not afraid of severe vibrations.
Note 2: Anti pull off - The use of waterproof connectors at the output end not only provides waterproofing, but also prevents the wire from being subjected to unexpected large tensile forces without damaging the internal chip.
The magnet switch contact GH-CX25 is made using electromagnetic working principle and technology, and is a position sensor. It can convert non electric or electromagnetic quantities into desired electrical signals by changing the position relationship between sensors and objects, thereby achieving the purpose of control or measurement. The detection distance that magnetic proximity switches can achieve with a small switch volume. It can detect magnetic objects (usually permanent magnets) and generate a trigger switch signal output. Due to the fact that magnetic fields can pass through many non-magnetic objects, this triggering process does not necessarily require the target object to be directly close to the sensing surface of the magnetic proximity switch. Instead, the magnetic field is transmitted to a long distance through a magnetic conductor (such as iron). For example, a signal can be transmitted to the magnetic proximity switch through a high-temperature location to generate a triggering action signal.
Requirements for various indicators such as voltage, load current, response frequency, and detection distance.
