Use a pressure gauge to determine the nitrogen charging pressure of the accumulator:

The accumulator is a pressure vessel composed of nitrogen and hydraulic oil (other gases cannot be used). The supplementary pressure of the accumulator is 8-10 MPa, and the operating pressure is 0.6~0.8 of the system oil pressure. Using a random pressure gauge, regularly measure the pressure while the system is depressurized. If the system oil pressure is set to 10MPa, the pressure of the accumulator should be between 6-8 MPa to avoid air leakage affecting the system's operation. It is strictly prohibited to use the source without pressure.
There are usually two ways to supplement nitrogen gas with an energy source:
1. When the pressure of the accumulator is lower than 8MPa, nitrogen can be replenished through a nitrogen cylinder and a nitrogen filling tool. Connect one end of the nitrogen filling tool to the nitrogen cylinder and the other end to the accumulator, and open the valve of the nitrogen cylinder to complete the filling.
2. When the pressure of the accumulator is higher than 8MPa, it is no longer possible to fill it with nitrogen through the nitrogen cylinder and filling tool. In this case, a nitrogen filling vehicle, filling tool, and nitrogen cylinder can be used in combination to supplement nitrogen to the accumulator.
Firstly, connect the nitrogen cylinder to the inlet of the nitrogen charging vehicle using a high-pressure hose. Connect the outlet of the nitrogen charging vehicle to the inlet of the accumulator through a nitrogen charging tool. Set the output pressure on the nitrogen charging vehicle, then open the valve of the nitrogen cylinder, connect the nitrogen charging vehicle to the power supply, and turn on the power button of the nitrogen charging vehicle to complete the charging process.
