HTF/HTFC fire exhaust fan
1. HTF (A) fire high-temperature smoke exhaust fan, axial flow mechanism, gas flows parallel to the fan axis, with characteristics such as large air volume, low noise, and stable performance. Adopting insulation grade F high-temperature resistant motor, equipped with a dedicated motor cooling system to avoid direct contact between airflow and motor, reduce harmful gases, and minimize the damage of high-temperature gases to the motor. It has excellent performance, good high-temperature resistance, high efficiency, occupies less space than centrifugal fans, and is easy to install and transport.
2.HTF/HTFC fire exhaust fan,The HTF (A) fire high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan has been tested and qualified by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and its performance has reached the domestic level. It has been recognized by fire departments in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country and has won multiple honors, becoming a key project product in China.
3. Excellent high temperature resistance: The fan test meets the requirements of GBJ45-82 fire protection standard. The fan is designed and manufactured with a built-in high temperature resistant motor and an independent cooling system for the motor. It can operate continuously for more than 120 minutes at a high temperature of 300 ℃ and continuously for 22 hours/time at a temperature of 100 ℃ without damage. Its high temperature resistance performance is higher than the national standard.
4. Wide applicability: Single speed, dual speed, and multi speed can be adopted according to different user requirements to achieve the purpose of dual-use (i.e. commonly used ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during firefighting); If choosing dual speed smoke exhaust
TF (A) fire high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan adopts CAD software multi-objective optimization design, with optional mold flow impeller, built-in high-temperature motor, and a dedicated motor cooling system. Adopting a dual speed motor direct drive system to achieve dual use (i.e. high temperature smoke exhaust during normal ventilation and firefighting), equipped with an electrical control box for remote automatic control. It has the advantages of excellent high temperature resistance, high efficiency, small size, and easy installation (horizontal, vertical, and hoisting can be used), and is widely used in high-rise buildings, drying rooms, underground garages, subways, tunnels, and other occasions for fire smoke exhaust and ventilation. According to the GA211-1999 high temperature resistance test method for fire fans, it can operate continuously for more than 100 minutes under high temperature conditions of 400 ℃, and can operate continuously for 20 hours/time without damage under medium temperature conditions of 100 ℃. It has been recognized and adopted by fire departments in major cities across the country. This series of fans can be equipped with a silencing box according to the requirements of installation and use, and made into HTF (A) - X box shaped fire smoke exhaust fans.
The HTF (B) fire high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed flow fan adopts CAD software multi-objective optimization design, with optional molded twisted wing conical impeller, fully enclosed high-temperature motor, and a dedicated motor cooling system. Adopting a dual speed motor direct drive system to achieve dual use (i.e. high temperature smoke exhaust during normal ventilation and firefighting), equipped with an electrical control box for remote automatic control. It has the advantages of excellent high temperature resistance, large air volume, high wind pressure, and easy installation, and is widely used in high-rise buildings, drying rooms, underground garages, subways, tunnels and other occasions for fire smoke exhaust and ventilation.
The HTF (B) type fan has a compact single speed structure, saving installation space. The Type II dual speed fan is equipped with a noise reducing collector at the air inlet, which reduces the operating noise of the fan during low-speed exhaust.
