The explosion-proof magnetic control travel switch HQBBK-2010C uses a reed switch and a magnetic steel in combination inside the induction block, which has the characteristics of high melting point and wear resistance. Sealing the reed switch and magnetic steel inside the shell can effectively prevent impact and has strong resistance. The magnetism of the small magnetic steel is not sufficient to attract the spring pieces inside the reed switch, and the switch remains in a normally open state. When the magnet approaches the switch from far to near in one direction, the spring contacts inside the reed switch are attracted. When the magnet leaves, the state of the reed switch is maintained because the magnet inside the switch is magnetized at the same time. When the magnetic steel approaches the switch again from the opposite direction, it is magnetized in the opposite direction, causing the magnetism to decrease and causing the reed switch spring to bounce open due to its elasticity, and the contact to also disconnect. The magnetic proximity switch is used in conjunction with the KY35 series magnetic steel, which is directly installed on the detected moving object. When the magnetic steel passes back and forth through the switch, it drives the switch to work. Several detection point switches on the same motion trajectory only require one magnetic steel.

Travel switches can be divided into direct acting, roller type, micro acting, and combination types according to their structure;
Direct acting travel switch:
The principle of action is similar to that of a button, but the difference is that one is manual and the other is caused by the collision of moving parts' blocks. When the collision block on the external moving part presses the button to make its contact move, the contact will automatically reset under the action of the spring when the moving part leaves.
Roller type travel switch:
When the blocking iron (collision block) of the moving machinery presses against the roller of the travel switch, the transmission rod rotates together with the shaft, causing the cam to push the collision block. When the collision block hits a certain position, it pushes the micro switch to move quickly. When the stopper on the roller is moved away, the reset spring resets the travel switch. This is a single wheel automatic recovery travel switch. However, the dual wheel rotary travel switch cannot automatically reset. It relies on the reverse movement of the moving machinery, and the stopper collides with another roller to restore it.
In actual production, the travel switch is installed in a pre arranged position. When the module installed on the moving parts of the production machinery collides with the travel switch, the contact of the travel switch moves, realizing the switching of the circuit. Therefore, a travel switch is an electrical device that switches circuits based on the travel position of moving parts, and its working principle is similar to that of a button.
