1After unpacking the machine, check whether the reduction motor, material cylinder, bearing seat, etc. are damaged during transportation, and whether the fasteners are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened. The supporting foundation is a flat concrete ground. When transporting the mixer, ropes should be tied to the frame, not to the mixing shaft. The mixer base is equipped with casters that can be moved freely.
2Clean up the debris in the material bucket, check if there is any scraping or collision in the rotating part before starting, and adjust it promptly if there is any scraping or collision.

1Add various materials according to the concrete mix proportion into the container. When loading, do not first pour water and cement, which may cause the mixer to not rotate and the machine to be damaged. When loading, first pour stones, sand, cement, and then add water when rotating. It is best to add the material twice, stir half of the required material first, and then add the other half of the material.
2When unloading or resetting, it is necessary to take good care of it. The rotation angle during unloading should not exceed the front discharge port baffle. Although there is a travel switch limit for unloading and resetting, it is also necessary to prevent the travel switch from malfunctioning and causing collisions.
3When resetting, the mixing bucket and the crossbeam of the frame must be securely fastened. If they do not fall properly, the reset switch should be pressed to ensure they are in place. Otherwise, the mixing bucket may shake during concrete mixing, which can easily damage the machine.
4After use, the remaining mortar in the bucket must be cleaned thoroughly, otherwise the adhesive mortar will affect future use. If not used for a long time, rust proof oil should be applied.
