Introduction to EMA600 High Temperature Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Module:
The EMA600 electromagnetic ultrasound module supports users to integrate self-made electromagnetic ultrasound sensors into their systems, using EMAT technology for thickness measurement. The working gap between the sensor and the metal can reach up to 6 millimeters (depending on the sensor). This module can be used in conjunction with all electromagnetic ultrasonic sensors, including pulse electromagnetic sensors.
The EMA600 consists of hardware modules built into a waterproof casing. This module is connected to an EMAT sensor, which can be a conventional electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor, a high-temperature electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor, or a pulse electromagnetic sensor. To facilitate integration into external systems, developer manuals and exchange protocols can be provided.
This module can be used through the EMA Viewer application to receive and process data in real-time, save data in tabular form, and set up the module.
