The product meets the JESD22-A100 to A118 bias voltage (BHAST) or non bias voltage (UHAST) accelerated moisture resistance test and saturated high-pressure steam (cooking) test.
The product is compatible with high acceleration temperature and humidity stress HAST aging test and high-pressure cooking PCT moisture resistance test.
