Preparation before using the grain mobile belt conveyor

1. Before using the equipment, it is necessary to carefully read the product manual, user manual, operation manual and other materials provided by the equipment supplier, and master the basic structure, working principle and basic operating methods of the equipment.

2. Clean up the remaining grains and other debris on the conveyor belt, as well as the straw, hemp rope, packaging rope and other debris on the conveyor supports, rollers and other positions;

3. Check if the power connector is secure, if the motor is intact, and if there is any leakage;

4. Check if the protective measures for the conveyor motor, drive belt, and electrical connections are in place;

5. Check whether the rolling of transmission parts such as rollers and bearings is flexible and whether oil needs to be added;

6. Check whether the lubrication parts of the equipment (including the motor part) are well lubricated;

7. Check if the lifting device can lift and lower properly, accurately and reliably;

8. Check the tightness of the conveyor belt to avoid it being too loose or too tight;

9. Open the conveyor belt empty and check if it runs smoothly and if there are any running edges.
