Introduction

UNICUBE ® It is a new micro sample combustion analyzer launched by Elementar, which integrates elemental analysis functions such as CHNS, CNS, CHN, CN, etc. This instrument combines the high sensitivity of a trace analyzer with the flexibility of a large analyzer, and has the characteristics of being sturdy and durable. It adopts direct TPD technology, which can process various samples from drug samples to soil, with a wide measurement range, including solid and liquid organic and some inorganic samples. UNICUBE also has the advantages of low noise, easy operation and maintenance, suitable for high-precision analysis of multiple element ratios, and provides a 10-year warranty for key components.

One instrument achieves multitasking

Accurate measurements can be taken from 0.1mg drug samples to 1g heterogeneous soil samples. Even difficult to handle samples such as volatile gasoline or heat-resistant silicon carbide can burn like coal, food, or sewage sludge, without being limited by elements. One injection can simultaneously measure the CHNS element content, or CNS, CHN, CN. Oxygen and chlorine detection modules can also be added.

Ensure that all gas baselines are separated to obtain sharp peak shapes

The direct TPD technology developed by Elementar specifically for Li has been applied to UNICUBE, resulting in exceptional reliability and instrument performance of gas separation modules. Due to the installation of Zui's strong gas separation module in the market, UNICUBE can measure the C: N and C: S element ratios of samples up to 12000:1.

The layout of internal components in the instrument is clear, easy to install, and the combustion furnace can slide out horizontally, reducing maintenance costs and increasing the usable time. The specialized Li gas circuit connection that can be operated without any tools ensures excellent sealing performance of the instrument at all times. This design allows operators to easily obtain accurate measurement data.

High temperature combustion

High temperature combustion (with a 10-year warranty) ensures that accurately quantified samples are heated to 1200 ° C for high-temperature combustion (which can instantly reach 1800 ° C when using a tin boat for sample loading), even difficult to burn samples will be incinerated and digested. The directional dense oxygen injection technology can ensure that the sample is always in an oxygen rich environment during the combustion process, without consuming too much oxygen.

Maximum injection volume range

The sample weight can range from trace amounts (<0.1mg) to half high amounts (1g soil), and can reach up to 50mg of organic matter according to different requirements.

Maximum dynamic range of element concentration and element ratio

Direct temperature programmed desorption technology (direct TPD)

The optimized direct TPD adsorption column can achieve the separation of gaseous samples without any peak overlap. The analysis time will be automatically optimized every time.

Instrument control

The standard PC version software enables the presentation of test results, even for samples that are completely unknown to Wan or samples with significant matrix changes, ensuring measurement effectiveness. Standard configuration includes a 120 channel automatic sampling tray. Pharmaceutical industry users can choose the 21 CFR part 11 function as an option. The signal transmission and intelligence level of the machine are very high, and remote technical services can be achieved after the equipment is connected to the network. Linux system users can also use it.
