German KRACHT Clark Pilot Control Pressure Valve DV Series

The KRACHT DV series pilot controlled pressure valve from Germany is a modular pilot operated seat valve designed for high flow hydraulic/lubrication systems. It features pressure limiting, stabilizing, overflow, and remote control, and can be directly interchanged with the SPV (F)/HV (F) series for installation dimensions.

1、 Core classification and model

DV B: Standard pilot operated relief valve (basic type), optional with 2/2 directional valve for non pressure circulation;

DV S: Segmented pressure control valve (dual pilot valve+2/2 solenoid valve), achieving high and low pressure two-stage switching;

DV R: Remote control pressure valve (external hydraulic trigger), suitable for centralized pressure management;

DV... Y: Control the different configurations of internal/external oil discharge (Y port);
Example model: DVS50F2F1YA-NC24D (DN50, dual pilot, external discharge, 24V normally closed solenoid valve).

2、 Structure and Working Principle

Structural composition: main valve (main piston+main spring+valve body)+1-2 pilot valves (pilot cone valve+adjusting spring+adjusting screw); Standard measuring port M, remote control port X, and oil discharge port Y; P=inlet oil, T=return oil.

workflow

Normal: When the system pressure is below the set value, the pilot valve is closed and the main valve is tightly closed under the force of the spring;

Overpressure: When the pressure opens the pilot valve, the upper chamber of the main valve is depressurized, and the main piston moves upward under the pressure difference, the main valve port opens, and high-pressure oil overflows back to T;

Reset: When the pressure drops back to the set value, the pilot valve resets and the main piston closes under the force of the spring.

Optional: External control oil (X port) can achieve remote pressure regulation/unloading; DV S can switch between high and low pressure sections through solenoid valves.
