1、 Core Definition and Structure
Definition: A two-stage hydraulic pressure control valve with a pilot valve as the control stage and a main valve as the execution stage, which controls a large flow main valve through a small flow pilot valve to achieve high-precision and large flow pressure regulation.
Typical structure (taking DV/SPVF/HVFE series as an example):
Pilot stage: pilot piston, pilot tan spring, adjusting screw, exhaust screw.
Main stage: main piston, main spring, valve body, inlet P, return T, measuring port M, remote control port X.
2、 Working principle (taking overflow/pressure limiting as an example)
Normal pressure maintenance: When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the pilot valve closes, and the main piston closes the valve port under the action of spring force, and the system supplies oil normally.
Overpressure opening: When the pressure exceeds the set value, hydraulic force pushes open the pilot piston, and the upper chamber of the main piston is depressurized.
Overflow pressure relief: The main piston moves under the action of the upper and lower pressure difference, the main valve port opens, and high-pressure oil overflows back into the oil tank, causing the system pressure to fall back.
Reset and maintain pressure: When the pressure drops below the set value, the pilot valve closes, the main piston resets, and the valve port closes again.
