1、 Core structure
Measuring tube: cylindrical, with a conical V-shaped groove on the tube wall, replacing traditional conical tubes.
Float: Built in**Magnet, floating up and down inside the measuring tube; There is a constant annular gap between the float and the pipe wall, which has strong anti fouling properties.
Switch unit: a bistable reed switch with adjustable height outside the tube, isolated from the basic.
No spring/diaphragm: reset by gravity+magnetic force, long service life, high pressure resistance.
2、 Working process (flow electrical signal)
No traffic/low traffic
The float stops at the bottom of the measuring tube under the action of gravity, and its magnetic field is far away from the reed switch, which remains in the * * OFF (NO) * * state.
The flow increase switch is closed
The fluid flows from bottom to top, pushing the float to rise against gravity.
When the float rises to the set switch point, the internal magnetic field triggers the external reed switch of the tube, causing it to close (ON) and output an electrical signal of "flow rate meets the standard".
The flow continues to increase and remains closed
The float continues to rise with the flow rate until it reaches the top limit; Due to the use of a bistable design, as long as the float is within the triggering range, the switch will continue to close without false tripping.
The flow decrease switch is disconnected
The flow rate decreases, and the float falls back under the action of gravity.
When it drops below the switch point, the magnetic field disengages from the reed switch, the switch opens (OFF), and outputs a "insufficient flow" signal.
3、 Key principle characteristics
Magnetic coupling isolation: The switch is located outside the tube, sealed and isolated from the medium, with no leakage and strong corrosion resistance.
V-groove+annular gap: Compared to traditional conical pipes, it has better pollution resistance, lower pressure loss, and more stable float operation.
Bistable switch: maintains the state after triggering, does not frequently jump when the flow fluctuates, and the signal is stable.
All metal pressure resistant: Made of brass/stainless steel, with a pressure resistance of 350 bar, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic, lubrication, and cooling systems.
