3、 Working principle (pilot operated pressure limiting)
Normal operating conditions: When the system pressure is below 40 bar, the pilot valve closes, the main valve core remains closed under the action of the spring, and the oil circuit flows normally.
Overpressure protection: When the system pressure is ≥ 40 bar, the pilot valve opens first, creating a pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the main valve core, which pushes the main valve core to open and quickly release pressure, protecting the system.
Reset: When the pressure drops below the set value, the pilot valve closes, the main valve core resets under the action of the spring, and the oil circuit returns to normal.
