1. When the high temperature pressure transmitter has no reference end temperature automatic compensation, the transmitter calibration wiring
(1) Used for automatic temperature compensation of high-temperature pressure transmitters without a reference end.
(2) When calibrating a thermocouple high-temperature pressure transmitter with compensation using practical measurement methods, this wiring method is also used:
Place a thermometer at the input end of the transmitter to measure the cold end temperature value. Use the calibration table to check the temperature potential value E ω. Then, based on the potential value E0 on the thermocouple calibration table, measure the millivolt valuesignalGenerator output (E0-E ω) value, i.esimulationOutput of thermocouple, measuring thermocouple high temperature pressure transmitter 4-20mAcurrentOutput value, calculate the measurement accuracy of the transmitter. This method has two aspects: environmental temperature changes and measurement errors at the cold end of the thermometer, which cannot eliminate the measurement errors caused by these two aspects. Therefore, it is usually used for on-site zero hour comparison measurement and not for calibration of high-temperature pressure transmitters.
2. High temperature pressure transmitter with reference terminal temperature automatic compensation wiring
(1) When the input signal is a thermocouple, verify the wiring of the intelligent high-temperature pressure transmitter according to this diagram. The wiring of high-temperature pressure transmitters produced by other manufacturers is also the same.
(2) The thermocouple compensation wire adopts the compensation wire corresponding to the measuring thermocouple; Simulate thermocouple signals using mV signal generator; The ice container is a mixture of ice and water, and the cold end temperature is maintained at 0 ℃.
(3) High temperature pressure transmitter precision measurement method:
Based on the corresponding potential value on the thermocouple calibration table, the millivolt signal generator directly simulates the thermocouple output signal, measures the 4-20mA signal output by the high-temperature pressure transmitter, and calculates the measurement accuracy of the transmitter.
This measurement method can eliminate measurement errors caused by temperature changes at the cold end during the measurement process, but the measurement errors caused by the compensation line itself cannot be eliminated. This method is generally used in laboratory measurements and factory calibration of high-temperature pressure transmitters.
