1、 Scope of application

The waterproof incubator is controlled by a microprocessor and has functions such as monitoring, temperature control, and protection. Adopting high-quality stainless steel inner liner, non corrosive.Suitable for professional equipment necessary for constant temperature cultivation in scientific research departments such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biology, chemistry, and agricultural science.

The outer shell of this product is made of high-quality steel plate, with a surface sprayed with plastic. The workshop adopts a water jacket heating method and is made of stainless steel plate, which is durable and non corrosive. The outer door is equipped with an observation window and a double-layer insulated glass door, making it easy to observe the temperature test inside the box.

4、 Instructions for use

1. Before using a water-resistant constant temperature incubator, the user should carefully read the instructions and keep it properly for easy reference. The user should familiarize themselves with the incubator before turning on the power.

2. When the waterproof constant temperature incubator is in operation, the ambient temperature requirements are: ambient temperature: 10-30 ℃, no strong light, no strong corrosive gases, good ventilation, and relative humidity below 85%; Power supply: AC220 ± 10%, 50Hz with a capacity of not less than 2KW. A reliable grounded power socket should be provided as a backup to ensure the normal and safe operation of the equipment.

3. Check if the device has been damaged during transportation. If there is no damage, proceed with the following steps:

(1) Place the device on the entire table or floor, and level any uneven areas.

(2) Connect the water pipe to the faucet and the inlet port of the box, and be sure to add water before starting the machine!

(3) Power on: Insert the power plug into the power outlet, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light will turn on, and the temperature controller will display a number, indicating that the device has entered the working state.

(4) Turn on the "cycle" switch, and the fan will start working to make the temperature inside the box more uniform.

4. There is an overflow port, inlet and outlet on the right side of the box. Connect the water pipe from the tap to the inlet at the bottom right of the box, open the valve to inject water into the water jacket, and wait for water to overflow from the overflow port before closing the valve. (Because the water jacket is closed, if water enters from the overflow outlet above, tap water will not be able to enter the water jacket normally)

5. Open the box door, place all the items that need to be cultivated inside the incubator, and close the box door.

6. During the cultivation of items, apart from placing and retrieving items from the box, try not to open the box door as it may affect the temperature. If there is a slight fluctuation in the temperature inside the box, it is a normal phenomenon.

7. When the required working temperature is low, a secondary setting method can be used. If the required working temperature is 40 ℃, for the first timeSet the temperature to 37 ℃ first, and then set it to 40 ℃ for the second time when the temperature starts to drop due to overshoot. This can avoid temperature overshoot and quickly enter a constant temperature state.

5、 Precautions

1. During each experiment, the temperature difference is slightly larger for the first time, but don't worry about the temperature inside the box becoming uniform after a period of time (this is a matter of the duration of the equilibrium state).

2. When closing the door, do not use too much force. It should be opened and closed gently to prevent damage to the door and splashing of experimental liquid, which may damage the inner cavity.

3. Properly use and pay attention to the maintenance of instruments to keep them in good working condition.

4. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it is necessary to cut off all power and drain the water completely to extend its service life.

5. If any problems are found that prevent normal use, please contact our maintenance department in a timely manner.

6. The temperature control system of the waterproof incubator comes with an additional manual, please read it carefully before use!!!

7. Please keep the instructions properly for future reference. In case of any discrepancy between the text description or image display and the actual product, the actual product shall prevail.
