GDKH-12 Intelligent Battery Cell Activation InstrumentIt is a portable product that can perform activation testing on single batteries with three different voltages of 2V, 6V, and 12V, and is used for daily maintenance of outdated batteries. It has three independent usage modes: battery discharge mode, battery charging mode, and battery activation mode. According to the actual situation of different outdated batteries, capacity tests can be conducted on outdated batteries, low-voltage constant current charging can be used, or multiple cycle periods can be set to cycle small capacity batteries multiple times for charging and discharging, in order to activate the active substances that cause the failure of battery plates and improve the capacity of outdated batteries. Simultaneously equipped with PC application software, the collected data is uploaded to the computer for various analyses.

The activator is a battery maintenance equipment. After detecting and selecting the fallen batteries, there is one important thing we need to do, which is to restore the capacity of as many outdated batteries as possible. That's why the stage of the activator was established. Generally, battery failures in communication units are mostly caused by the crystallization of the electrode plate, resulting in a decrease in capacity (chemical failures are more common, while physical failures are rare, so the activator still has a certain maintenance function). The activator is used to charge and discharge the battery with high current to melt the crystal and activate the chemical substances inside. Generally, after activation, the capacity can be restored to over 90% of its rated capacity. However, it is worth noting that not all outdated batteries can be activated. The activation device can only adapt to some of the outdated reasons in chemical faults. As for physical faults, the activation device cannot be repaired, such as plate short circuits.

Charging and discharging, activation, and curve indication functions:

The intelligent battery activator has three main functions: charging, discharging, activation, and corresponding curve indication. The curve can be displayed after each operation. The charging (discharging) curve is displayed on the right side of the screen, and the charging (discharging) and activation parameters are displayed on the left side, including: voltage (current) prompt, battery number, battery internal resistance, discharging (charging) current, cut-off voltage, horizontal time scale, vertical voltage (current) scale, and total discharge time.

Curve playback function:

When performing charging (discharging) and activation operations, pressing the 【 Return 】 key can interrupt the charging (discharging) and activation process at any time. Only after effective charging (discharging) or activation can various data collected during the charging (discharging) process be saved. When saving data, select the sequence number of the existing playback curve to obtain the curve that needs to be played back. Press the left and right keys to switch between different numbers to obtain different playback curve waveforms.

Data management function:

Allow users to manage the measured and controlled data of the battery, including data upload and curve playback.

System upgrade:
