1、 Product Features and Applications
This machine is a specialized equipment for testing the ear making height of metal sheets or strips after deep drawing. It is used to measure the ear making rate characteristics of aluminum and other thin sheet metals, evaluate the plastic deformation of metal materials, and inspect the anisotropy of metal sheets. It complies with the national standard GB/T24183-2009 "Ear making Test Method for Metal Materials". After replacing the mold fixture, it is also possible to achieve the national standards GB5125-2008 "Non ferrous Metal Punching Cup Test Method" and GB/T 4156-2007 "Erikson Cup Bulge Test Method for Thin Plates and Strips of Metal Materials".
The loading method of GBZ-100W main test force adopts hydraulic tightening, automatic loading, equal rate, and electrically controlled mechanical loading, and uses spoke type sensors and high-precision encoders for information transmission. This ensures the testing and measurement accuracy of the main test force. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of ear shaping rate.
The coaxiality of this experimental machine is very good, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of ear making.
