During the distillation process, the temperature of the heating source is uncontrollable, which can easily cause the bottle to explode, resulting in short circuits, electrical leakage, and poor safety;

1Fully automatic distilleroperation steps
1. Plug in the power, check the distillation instrument to ensure that each heating hole can be heated normally, turn on the circulating water switch, and check if there is any water leakage at each interface to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
2. Take 250ml of the sample into a 500ml all glass distillation flask, add 50ml of distilled water, and add a few drops of methyl orange indicator. If the sample does not appear orange red, phosphoric acid solution needs to be added.
3. Start heating and distillation. When the distillate reaches 250ml, stop heating and dilute to 250ml with distilled water.
4. Open our company's extractor and check if the instrument is working properly. After the inspection is complete, transfer all 250ml of distillate to the 500ml separating funnel that comes with our extractor.
5. Add 2.0ml of buffer solution into the separating funnel, set the extraction intensity to 40Hz, time to 90s, and residence time to 0, extract once, and mix the solution evenly.
6. Add 1.5ml of 4-aminoantipyrine solution, maintain the same extraction intensity, time, and frequency, extract once, and mix the solution well.
7. Add 1.5ml of iron, maintain the same extraction intensity, time, and frequency, and extract once to mix the reagent with the water sample. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
8. Add 10ml to the above-mentioned separating funnel, set the extraction intensity to 35Hz, time to 60s, residence time to 30s, and extraction frequency to 3 times. After setting, press the start button to start extraction. After extraction, let it stand and separate into layers.
9. Wipe the inner wall of the neck tube of the separating funnel with dry defatted cotton or filter paper, insert a small ball of dry defatted cotton or filter paper into the neck tube, pass the layer through the dry defatted cotton ball or filter paper, discard a few drops of the initial filtered extraction solution, and directly place the remaining into a colorimetric dish with an optical path of 20mm.
10. Measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 460nm as a reference. 11. Blank experiment: Distilled water is used as a substitute for the sample, and its absorbance is measured according to steps 4-10. Simultaneously measure the blank and sample.
IIFully automatic distillerPrecautions
1. The buffer solution is prepared with ammonia water, so the extraction intensity should not be too high when mixing. It is necessary to ensure sufficient and uniform mixing at an appropriate intensity, otherwise it will cause a larger blank.
2. When releasing liquid, it should form droplets, not lines.

Precautions for Intelligent Integrated Distillation Instrument
When using the instrument for the first time, it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water to prevent the formation of scale after long-term use. The liquid level should be raised to the red mark on the liquid level window, and it can be reused for more than six months. If the liquid level is below the yellow line and the cooling effect is poor, do not add water again beyond the red marked line.

2. The connection between the distillation flask and the condenser flask is well sealed, and the top sealing plug of the distillation flask is effectively connected to the solenoid valve through a hose to prevent air leakage.

During the experiment, it is forbidden to place other debris near the tray to avoid affecting the accuracy of weighing.

When the temperature in summer exceeds 25 ℃, the cooling effect will decrease. It is recommended to install an external cooling device or connect tap water for cooling.

When the room temperature is below 0 ℃ in winter, it is necessary to do a good job of keeping the instrument warm to prevent the condensation device from breaking and becoming unusable.

6. The weighing sensor has a range of 3kg. If there are other requirements, please use the time control mode.

7. For two consecutive distillation experiments, to ensure condensation effect, do not turn off the switch for cold water circulation after the initial experiment is completed.
