The fully automatic quantitative parallel concentrator uses a combination of water bath uniform heating and nitrogen blowing to quantitatively concentrate the sample solution. The photoelectric sensor automatically determines the concentration endpoint of the sample and stops nitrogen blowing. Adopting a fixed needle oblique blowing mode, the vortex airflow can continuously disturb the surface of the sample, reduce the vapor pressure of the solvent surface, and enable the liquid sample to evaporate rapidly under water bath heating. It can process 12 liquid samples simultaneously and accurately quantify the liquid in the sample tail tube, achieving unmanned quantitative concentration. The instrument can be controlled in real-time through its built-in touch screen.

Main features:

1. Batch processing capability: Simultaneously perform nitrogen blowing concentration and automatic optical volume control on no less than 12 250ml samples.

2. There are two types of concentration cups, 260 ml and 65 ml, which can be used simultaneously and include 0.5 ml and 1 ml scales.

3Fully automatic quantitative parallel concentratorDuring the concentration process, an adjustable angle oblique nitrogen blowing needle and vortex airflow at different angles can quickly reduce the solvent vapor pressure on the surface of the sample solution and accelerate the evaporation process.

4. Electronic airflow control: The instrument uses an electrical proportional control valve to automatically control the nitrogen blowing flow rate. The instrument software can set a target to automatically adjust the size of the nitrogen blowing needle airflow, with a setting range of 0-5.0L/min.

5. Each nitrogen blowing needle can be individually controlled, and the airflow in each channel is automatically distributed by a proportional control valve. The airflow size at the outlet is set by software and is not affected by the number of channels opened.

6. The water bath integrates high and low liquid level sensors and automatic water supply and drainage functions, with pipeline interfaces for water addition and drainage. It can automatically perform water addition and drainage operations with one click on the control panel, and automatically determine the endpoint of water addition and drainage through sensors.

7. Four sided visible glass window design, with lighting function at the front of the concentrator for easy observation of the concentration process of the sample tube.

8. The water bath adopts a double-layer glass design to avoid burns caused by accidental contact with the glass when using a high-temperature water bath.

9. Automatic constant volume: Using a high-temperature resistant optical liquid level sensor, it can accurately determine the volume of 0.5ml and 1.0ml liquid in the tail pipe.

10. Control method: A touch screen with a minimum size of 10 inches and built-in software control, integrating temperature, airflow, and channel control.
