Overview
The CHZL-6Z $r $n intelligent integrated distillation apparatus is a new type of intelligent distillation treatment device that integrates constant temperature heating, automatic control of distillation endpoint, and cooling water circulation according to the laboratory distillation pretreatment operating procedures. This instrument has tested functions such as precise temperature control, automatic anti backflow suction, uniform heating, anti boiling, and intelligent endpoint control. Easy to use, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. After comparing and verifying the distillation recovery rate in the metrology certification laboratory, the results are accurate with a recovery rate of over 95%.

The installation sequence of the fully automatic distillation apparatus is from bottom to top and from left to right. And ensure that the receiver part in the distillation device is close to the water tank, that is, close to the water tank. The axis of the entire device instrument should be on a plane, and this plane should be parallel to the edge of the fish test bench table.
Before installing the fully automatic integrated distillation apparatus, check the installation table, power supply, and installation space to ensure that the table is firm, the voltage is stable, and the space is sufficient.
Detailed installation steps for integrated distillation equipment:
1. Install the crossbeam and glassware, fix the crossbeam, condenser bottle holder, condenser bottle, and distillation bottle onto the instrument according to the drawing, and then connect the circulating water pipe.
2. Connect the power supply and connect the instrument power connectors to the main power supply and auxiliary power supply respectively.
3. Add cooling water, place one side of the silicone tube in the water tank (not directly connected to the tap water connector), and connect the other side to the water inlet of the instrument. Then turn on the main switch, click the water injection switch on the display screen, and the water tank will start to inject water. Observe the liquid level window on the left side of the front of the instrument to observe the height of the liquid level. When the liquid level reaches the specified position, turn off the water tank water injection switch.

The maintenance of the integrated distillation apparatus includes daily cleaning, component inspection, consumable replacement, environmental control, safe operation, and professional maintenance. The following are specific maintenance recommendations:
Daily cleaning
After each experiment, it is necessary to clean the scale on the inner wall and lid of the distillation apparatus, which can be soaked to neutralize the alkaline solution.
Timely clean the scale in the sink to prevent blockage and ensure smooth water flow.
Keep the instrument casing and surface clean by scrubbing with mild soapy water or cleaning agent, and wiping dry with clean water, but avoid pouring water or cleaning agent directly into the interior of the distiller.
Glass distillation vessels should be cleaned immediately after use to avoid residue affecting the next experiment. You can use a brush to scrub from the outside to the inside with water. If there are organic substances such as oil stains, soak them in a detergent solution and scrub, then rinse with tap water, and finally rinse the inner wall 2-3 times with purified water.
Component inspection and replacement
Regularly inspect the glass components inside the distillation apparatus (such as condenser tubes, flasks, etc.) for damage or cracks, and replace them promptly if found.
Regularly check the power cord and socket of the distillation apparatus to ensure stable power supply. If damaged wires or loose sockets are found, they should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
The water pipe connection of the distillation apparatus is prone to looseness or leakage, and should be checked regularly to ensure a secure connection. If looseness or leakage is found, the sealing ring should be tightened or replaced in a timely manner.
Some sliding parts or bearings inside the distillation apparatus need to be lubricated regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Special lubricants can be applied to the corresponding areas, but excessive application should be avoided

Operation steps of fully automatic intelligent distillation instrument

1. Install and fix the supporting glass instrument on the given glass device bracket.
2. Connect all hoses properly. Familiarize yourself with the nitrogen blowing control pipeline again (only sulfur dioxide is selected); The inlet and outlet pipelines of circulating water; Anti backflow suction (four or six way anti vacuum valve) pipeline; Automatic cleaning of pipelines.
3. Familiar with the main power switch, touch screen (visible operation upon startup), heating control (four or six way single temperature control; right rotation temperature increases, otherwise it decreases), and mixing control (four or six way single control, right rotation speed increases, otherwise it decreases) on the panel
4. Familiar with the main power sockets (temperature control, mixing control power) and auxiliary power sockets (cooling, circulating water) on the right side; And connect the corresponding power supply (220V, 50HZ)
5. Familiarize yourself with the main power switch (temperature control, mixing control power), auxiliary power switch (cooling, circulating water), circulating water control switch, and water addition switch on the right side (before turning on the cooling and circulating water, connect the water plastic joint with a silicone hose and insert the other end into the prepared clean bucket of water; then turn on the water addition switch, and the water will automatically add; there is a water level gauge on the left side behind the instrument; the water level is displayed; the water level should be at the middle height of the water level gauge)
6. Turn on the main power switch (on the left side of the panel).
7. Click on "Intelligent Integrated Distillation Instrument"
8. Click on the "Sulfur Dioxide Residue Detector"
9. Select "Recipe Setting" at the lower right corner of the main interface above, the following recipe setting interface will be displayed (please note that the recipe setting will change to "ammonia nitrogen", "volatile phenol", etc. in turn with the click of "previous mode" - "next mode"; select and set the required test parameters as required). Set the temperature and time of each route according to the experimental requirements. (Because there is no weight requirement for sulfur dioxide, it can be uniformly set to 300 or 500 (technical personnel clarify this question)
10. Click to open "Heating Parameters" and set the heating parameters
11. Once the formula is set, please follow the instructions in the diagram, click "Save Parameters", and then click "Use Parameters"; Then click 'Return', and the main interface icon will appear again
12. Click the icon of "intelligent integrated distiller", the working interface of "intelligent integrated distiller" will appear, and then click "Start" (click "Previous mode" - "Next mode" to select the formula number, which is "ammonia nitrogen", "volatile phenol", etc.)
13. Click the icon of "sulfur dioxide residue detector", the working interface of "sulfur dioxide residue detector" will appear, and then click "Start" (click "Previous mode" - "Next mode" to select the formula number, which is "sulfur dioxide"
14. As shown in the above figure, in the work interface, the main switch, auxiliary switch, and circulating water switch are all in the on state. And the display interface shows the already set "recipe":. At this point, clicking on "Refrigeration" will activate the refrigeration compressor; Clicking on 'Circulating Water' will result in the circulation of condensed water inside the condenser tube (visible from the impeller); Click "Stir" to turn the stirrer added to the liquid and adjust the speed according to requirements (panel speed control knob); Click "Heat" separately to heat each channel and adjust the temperature according to requirements (panel temperature control knob)
15. After the experiment is completed, turn off the main power switch on the panel, the main power switch on the right side, the auxiliary power switch, and the circulating water switch in sequence. Unplug the power plug.
16. If conducting further experiments, simply start the instrument and follow the original formula without changing the formula settings (which will demonstrate its great advantages of integration, comprehensive functionality, and easy operation in the future).
