working principle
The sample is ground and crushed using electromagnetic oscillation impact. The sample and metal impact column are loaded into a grinding tank, and the two ends of the grinding tank are sealed with plugs and placed in an electromagnetic vibration drum coil. The electromagnetic coil and the grinding tank are immersed in liquid nitrogen for pre freezing and impact grinding. The entire process is in a liquid nitrogen environment (-196 ℃). The magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic vibration coil drives the impact column to move horizontally back and forth, continuously impacting the sample, causing the frozen and brittle sample to be quickly ground and crushed.
