2、 Testing principle

This device operates based on the principle of static load compression. Place the food packaging container (such as plastic bottles, turnover boxes) or packaging bag sample to be tested at the center of the lower pressure plate of the instrument. Under the drive of the control system, the upper pressure plate moves downward at a set constant speed, applying gradually increasing compressive force to the sample. In the "rupture test" mode, the instrument continuously records the pressure value until the sample ruptures or collapses, and records the peak force during this process. In the "constant pressure test" mode, the upper pressure plate automatically switches to a pressure holding state after reaching the preset pressure value, and automatically replenishes pressure when the pressure drops, maintaining the pressure for the set time to test the packaging's long-term compressive and creep performance.
