2、 Structural composition:

The planar wave meter consists of a fixed foot, a wave meter, a detection table, and a set screw. Three fixed legs can ensure the stability of the wave meter during movement and serve as a reference for flatness detection; The setting of the wave meter facilitates the installation and locking of detection gauges (micrometer, inductance micrometer, torsion spring comparator). In addition to measuring the fluctuation of the flat surface, it is also necessary to detect the deflection of the flat surface. The detection device is placed on the working surface of the tested flat surface. When no load is applied, the measuring head of the torsion spring comparator is in contact with the working surface (to ensure accurate measurement, a thin measuring block can be placed between the measuring head and the working surface) and the reading is recorded. Then, a force is applied according to the specified rated load and the reading is recorded; The difference between two readings is the deflection value of the tested flat working surface under rated load.
