FEMS100Ferroelectric AnalyzerAdopting virtual grounding measurement technology mode, compared with the traditional Sawyer Tower mode, this circuit eliminates external capacitance, which can reduce the influence of parasitic components and achieve higher measurement accuracy. Users can freely match measuring fixtures for different environments to achieve RT~250 ℃ or -160 ℃~450 ℃ measurement environments.
