English name:RapidTemp. ChangeChamber
product nameTemperature rapid change test chamber, ESS environmental stress screening test chamber, rapid temperature change (humid heat) test chamber, temperature change chamber, rapid temperature rise and fall test chamber, rapid temperature change humid heat chamber, temperature rapid change test machine, rapid temperature change test machine, high and low temperature rapid change test machine/box, reliability test equipment, etc.
Product Usage:
Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) is specially designed for rapid temperature change testing required by customers.
Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) refers to the method of screening for climate, thermal, or mechanical stresses that a sample may come into contact with, which may lead to premature failure. For example, it can detect defects in electronic module design, materials, or production. ESS refers to the method of screening for climate, thermal, or mechanical stresses that a sample may come into contact with, which may lead to premature failure.
Through Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), unreliable systems that have entered the production testing phase can be identified as a standard method for quality improvement, effectively extending the normal working life of products.

Application field:
Electronic components, information and communication, electromechanical products, transportation, energy materials, aerospace, medical chemicals, plastic and rubber materials, and related products and quality management engineering.
Product Features:
Reasonable structural design, optimized refrigeration design, wind speed variable frequency regulation, fast temperature rise and fall speed (linear SC and nonlinear C cooling methods are optional).
High control accuracy, temperature fluctuation ≤ ± 0.5 ℃, temperature deviation better than ± 1.5 ℃.
The temperature change rate is fast, and the mechanical cooling rate meets the temperature rise and fall requirements of 5 degrees per minute, 10 degrees per minute, 15 degrees per minute, and 25 degrees per minute. Coupled with a liquid nitrogen assisted cooling system, the cooling rate can reach 30 ℃/min.
The experimental volume can be increased from 64 to 1000 liters, which basically meets all customer needs.
Humidity requirements can be customized as needed.
