FESTO VUVS-L30-M32U-MZD-G38-F8 (order number: 575582) is a 3/2-way pilot operated monostable solenoid valve, which includes model disassembly, core technical parameters, structural characteristics, and application scenarios.

L30: Valve width 31 mm, size 30 specification, piston gate valve structure

M32U: 3/2 on, normally on (NO), monostable state; U represents universal seal, moderate chemical resistance

Structure and Characteristics

External pilot: suitable for vacuum or low-pressure conditions, requiring a separate pilot gas source of 2.5 bar or more to be introduced

Bidirectional flow: The medium can pass in reverse, suitable for complex circuits

Manual emergency operation: The valve position can be switched directly on site for easy debugging and fault handling

Throttle exhaust: The exhaust port is equipped with adjustable flow, which can control the return speed of the actuator

Protection level IP65, suitable for industrial dust and humid environments, but cannot be directly immersed in liquids.
