BANNER Optoelectronic Sensor from the United States
The core principle of BANNER photoelectric sensors in the United States is the photoelectric effect, which achieves detection through the process of light emission target action light reception electrical signal conversion. The core is that when the light beam is blocked, reflected or attenuated, the change in light intensity is converted into an electrical signal, and then outputs a switch or analog signal.

Core principles and composition
Core mechanism: Based on the photoelectric effect (light induced changes in the electrical characteristics of photosensitive components), convert optical signals into electrical signals.
Three major parts:
Transmitter: LED or laser diode that emits pulse modulated light (mostly infrared).
Receiver: photodiode/transistor, which receives reflected or direct light and converts it into current.
Detection circuit: amplification, filtering, anti-interference processing, output standard control signal.
