Introduction to High and Low Temperature Test Chamber
The high and low temperature test chamber is also known as the high and low temperature alternating test chamber, high and low temperature temperature test chamber, and high and low temperature environment test chamber. This equipment is used to simulate the operation of test products in a high and low temperature alternating humid and hot environment, in order to evaluate the working quality of the product. According to the set temperature point, the output of the heater is controlled by PID automatic calculation to achieve a dynamic balance. The performance indicators comply with the requirements of GB/T5170.2.5, GB5170.18, and GB/T2423 "Basic Parameter Calibration Methods for Environmental Testing Equipment of Electrical and Electronic Products".
Structural characteristics of high and low temperature test chamber
This high and low temperature test chamber adopts imported advanced temperature and humidity control instruments, with PID regulation, fast self-tuning, programmable control of cyclic testing, multiple parameter settings, digital display, and extremely convenient reading;
The refrigeration system adopts imported original compressors, which are efficient, stable and reliable;

1. Box structure
1) The box is made of CNC equipment, with advanced technology, smooth lines, and beautiful appearance;
2) The inner box material is 1.2mm thick 304SUS high-grade stainless steel brushed plate, and the outer box material is 1.5mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate electrostatically sprayed;
3) The insulation material between the inner and outer boxes is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which has good insulation effect. The door frame connection between the inner and outer boxes is made of fiberglass connection frame, which has good connection effect. Even at -80 ℃, there is no sweating on the outside of the box;
4) Imported sealing materials and unique silicone sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, with good sealing and aging resistance;
5) The air duct inside the box adopts a single circulation system, consisting of two long axis axial flow fans, two stainless steel multi wing centrifugal fans, and a circulating air duct. The temperature inside the upper and lower air outlets is uniform, which increases the air flow rate, heating and cooling capacity, and greatly improves the temperature uniformity of the test box;
6) Air medium heater, fast heating and long service life;
7) The air outlet is an adjustable louver type air outlet;
8) Anti condensation tape conductive film insulated glass window and high and low temperature resistant lighting device, installed in the middle of the box door, can clearly observe the internal test items.
2. Refrigeration system
1) Adopting a fully enclosed refrigeration compressor unit;
2) Refrigeration compressor: To ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements of the test chamber, a two-stage refrigeration system is adopted;
3) The design of refrigeration systems should incorporate energy regulation technology, which is an effective way to ensure that the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system can be effectively adjusted while the refrigeration unit is operating normally, reducing the operating costs and failure rates of the refrigeration system to a more economical state.
4) Refrigeration auxiliary components: air-cooled coil condenser, finned multi-stage evaporator, main refrigeration accessories and control components are all imported components.
5) Refrigerant: Environmentally friendly refrigerant 404A is used;
6) Cooling method: air cooling.
3. Measurement and Control System
1) The temperature controller used in this device has a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃ (display range);
2) Equipped with PID self-tuning function, fuzzy control function, parameter shielding function, and user adjustment function;
3) The sensor is an A-grade Pt100 platinum resistance sensor with high accuracy and precision.
4. Electrical control system
1) The electrical control part adopts AC contactors and thermal relays, with reliable quality;
