4. Before starting the fan, check the smoke exhaust fan and whether there are any objects inside the fan and pipeline that hinder rotation; Check if the electrical circuit is intact

5. After installation, regularly inspect all components of the fan and check if the bearing lubrication is sufficient to ensure that the fan can start and operate normally at any time


High pressure vortex air pumpPrecautions during installation: 1. Check the inside of the casing and other casings to prevent tools or debris from being left behind; 2. The vortex air pump is connected to the air duct using a flexible hose (made of non combustible material), with a length not less than 200mm and a diameter equal to the inlet and outlet dimensions of the vortex air pump. To ensure that the hose does not twist or deform during system operation, it should be installed with moderate tightness. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the vortex air pump, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent it from being sucked in during the operation of the vortex air pump and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose; 3. Ensure the horizontal position of the spindle and measure the concentricity between the spindle and the motor shaft, as well as the non parallelism between the two end faces of the coupling. The unevenness of non parallelism between the two axes is 0.05mm, and the unevenness of non parallelism between the two end faces of the two axes is 0.05mm. 4. The steel bracket of the vortex air pump must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and a rubber damping pad must be added between the steel bracket of the vortex air pump and the foundation. All vortex air pump and motor components are installed on a single steel bracket, and the steel ground frame is installed on the vibration damping pad at the top of the foundation, which is made of porous rubber plate; 5. The diameter of the outlet of the vortex air pump can only be increased and cannot be reduced. An insect proof net should be installed at the air outlet, and a wind and rain cap should be added when the air outlet is biased upwards; 6. After installation, try to rotate the transmission group and check for any tightness or collision with the fixed parts. Any deficiencies found must be adjusted properly.

Before purchasing, it is important to have a detailed understanding as high-pressure blowers are widely used and their selection is relatively complex. Generally speaking, it is necessary to follow the following two steps: 1. Determine the function of the high-pressure fan used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the high-pressure fan; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used; 2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the high-pressure blower model based on the working curve; As long as it is a different work site, its requirements for pressure and flow rate are different, so in order to obtain relatively accurate data, relevant calculations need to be carried out. This needs to be done by professional designers or consulted with professional companies.

Vortex air pump, high-pressure air pumpHow to operate:
1、 Prepare

1. Check whether the mechanical and electrical parts are intact. 2. Operate the air brake arm to close the air brakes of two fans.
2、 Start up and operation

1. Close the power switch and activate the explosion-proof switch start button.
2. After starting the operation, check the operation of the fan and make records.
When a malfunction occurs during the operation of the ventilation fan, the power switch should be quickly disconnected, the dispatch room should be promptly reported, and the backup main ventilation fan should be immediately prepared to start. The conversion of the backup main ventilation fan must be completed within 10 minutes.
Before starting the backup ventilation fan, close the air damper, operate the pressure reduction start button, and open the working fan air damper after it runs normally.

Under normal circumstances, the compensator stop button can be operated to stop the machine. 2. After receiving the shutdown notice from the technical director of the factory, the reason and duration of the shutdown, as well as the name of the notifier, should be asked and recorded.
3. In case of normal or unexpected shutdown, it is necessary to report to the dispatch room quickly without delay. If the main ventilation fan stops running and cannot resume ventilation in a timely manner (the conversion is not completed within 10 minutes), the underground power supply must be cut off and the explosion-proof door must be quickly opened to form natural ventilation.
4. Without the approval of the technical leader, the operation of the fan shall not be stopped.
