The HD310 series gas monitoring instrument adopts core technology from the German company HD, which is used to accurately measure the concentration of various industrial exhaust gases.

After 25 years of development, the HD310 gas analyzer has effectively met the precise measurement requirements of various industry operating conditions. Especially in harsh chlor alkali chemical plants, under corrosive working conditions, precise analysis and measurement of strong acidic and alkaline gases can still be carried out at the Vppm level.

HD310Exhaust emission monitoring systemIt is a cost-effective online analysis and monitoring device that is easy to use, simple to operate, requires minimal maintenance, and has a low cost. At the same time, we also provide corresponding explosion-proof and heat tracing series products for various explosion-proof occasions and cold regions.

The analyzer itself is designed to integrate 2 sensor inputs, 2 analog outputs, and 1 RS485 interface. Users can choose between 220Vac, 24Vdc, and rechargeable battery power.

Sensors can choose different flow cell materials based on the measurement medium, including 316SS, PTFE, PVDF, and Hastelloy alloy.

The standard configuration of the cable is a 3-meter cable with waterproof joints, which can reach a maximum length of 500 meters.

Controller display operation: The 7-inch 800X480 true color touch screen controller has dual channels and can be configured with one to two sensors.
