This instrument uses ultraviolet radiation-Design based on visible optical principles.The sensor matched with C4000 is a dual beam optical sensor that can measure the light intensity absorbed by the process medium. The internal structure adopts a modular framework to ensure flexible assembly without affecting measurement accuracy. A focused parallel light passes through the process medium with a constant light intensity, and the remaining light intensity is detected by the overall packaged photoelectric tube of the opposite dual channel, and the photoelectric signal is sent to the amplifier. The change in light intensity caused by the absorption and/or scattering of light by the medium can be described by Lambert Beer's law: the logarithm of transmittance loss is proportional to the concentration of the medium that produces transmittance loss. This law applies to both soluble and insoluble media. For different media, small color changes in the medium can be detected by selecting specific optical path lengths and optical filter combinations. The C4000 sensor uses VIS to NIR spectroscopy with a wavelength range of 380~1100nm, based on dual channel technology

The measurement technology can compensate for interference such as background turbidity.
