UE200 is an analytical instrument developed by our company specifically for measuring the moisture content of chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride in the chlor alkali chemical industry and its downstream industries.   Chlorine moisture analyzerWorking principle: Due to the extremely small current required for electrolyzing trace amounts of water, the circuit part uses high-tech solid-state computing circuits. It can ensure accurate and stable measurement. The minimum detection line can reach several ppm.

Measurement principle: The phosphorus pentoxide electrode generates hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis of water, and the water content can be calculated by calculating the electrolysis electricity. The electrode consists of two metal wires wound parallel at equal distances on a glass rod. Platinum or rhodium wire is usually used. A thin layer of phosphoric acid solution is evenly coated between the metal wires. Electric current decomposes water into hydrogen and oxygen. The final result of electrolysis is the conversion of phosphoric acid into phosphorus pentoxide. Phosphorus pentoxide is a chemical substance that can strongly absorb water and can absorb water from sample gases. By continuously electrolyzing water, a balance is established between the moisture in the sample and the electrolyzed water. The current between the electrodes is proportional to the moisture content of the sample gas. The moisture content can be read through a monitor.

After long-term use, the electrode can be manually regenerated on site, eliminating the hassle of returning to the factory for maintenance work.
