Esterification reactor/unsaturated polyester resin equipment

Unsaturated polyester resin equipment is a key device used for producing unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin, and paint. The complete set of unsaturated polyester resin equipment consists of a reaction pot, a vertical fractionation column, a horizontal condenser, a water storage tank, an overflow tank, pipelines (for dilution kettle), etc. The contact parts between the equipment and the materials are all made of stainless steel.

Electric heating type, jacket type, outer half tube type, inner coil tube type, reaction vessel capacity of 50L~10000L

2、 Unsaturated polyester resin equipment material:Carbon steel, stainless steel, high temperature resistant stainless steel, strong acid and alkali resistant stainless steel, enamel or steel lining F4/PO/PE, etc.

3、 Mixing type of reaction kettle:Slant propeller, anchor propeller, frame propeller, and single/double helix propeller, and other types of propeller blades can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.

Stainless steel coils can be installed inside the esterification reactor or in the jacket;
