3 Trial instructions

a) Preparation of organoid culture medium

1 4°CTake out the basic culture medium of model based biological epithelial organs from the refrigerator（Epithelial Organoid Basal Medium）Restore it to room temperature;

2 Add to the basic culture medium of epithelial organs2%ofO27No serum additives(50x)Make its final concentration1x,(For example: every500mlBasic culture medium needs to be added10mlO27）；
