Overview

The StabilZyme product line is specifically designed to stabilize protein conjugates, preserving the three-dimensional structure of proteins and maintaining the folded state of polypeptide chains. StabilZyme AP and StabilZyme HRP are used to protect antibodies labeled with alkaline phosphatase and horseradish peroxidase, respectively. StabilZyme SELECT is recommended for stable competitive detection and analysis of HRP hapten complexes, and can also be used to stabilize proteins in serum and other solutions.

stability study

StabilZyme AP stabilizer, StabilZyme HRP stabilizer, StabilZyme SELECT stabilizer, and StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer have all undergone enzyme activity and immune activity tests (see Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4)

StabilZyme AP stabilizer uses monoclonal IgG AP complexes. Compared with AP complexes in general buffer solutions, the activity of monoclonal IgG AP complexes remains at 70% after 24 months of storage at room temperature

StabilZyme HRP stabilizer uses monoclonal IgG HRP conjugate. Compared with HRP conjugate in general buffer solution, after 24 months of storage at room temperature, the monoclonal IgG HRP conjugate still has more than 90% activity

StabilZyme SELECT stabilizer uses monoclonal IgG HRP conjugate. Compared with HRP conjugate in general buffer, the monoclonal IgG HRP conjugate still has 75% activity after 24 months of storage at room temperature

To demonstrate the stability efficiency of StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer, four IgG HRP complexes were stored separately in StabilZyme NOBLE stabilizer. HRP complexes include:
Rabbit anti mouse IgG HRP, mouse anti rabbit IgG HRP, sheep anti rabbit IgG HRP, chicken (IgY) anti mouse IgG HRP. Store the control antibody conjugate at 4 ℃ and the stabilizer at 37 ℃
Comparison of IgG HRP complexes showed that after being stored at 37 ℃ for 30 days, the four HRP complexes still had at least 80% activity
