MX250 is a standard diamond grinding wheel dressing machine used for forming and dressing roller ring diamond grinding wheels in metallurgical steel plants. The diameter of the dressing diamond grinding wheel can reach 400mm. The diamond grinding wheel is trimmed by EDM, and the metal adhesive between the diamond grinding wheels is dissolved by electrical discharge machining to correct the shape of the grinding wheel. This method adjusts the speed block with high shape accuracy. It will not generate a large amount of dust and will not cause the diamond sand to anneal due to the fast linear speed of the grinding wheel, which will affect the quality of the grinding wheel.

The bed adopts an integral structure, with an external working oil tank and oil pump system for easy maintenance and cleaning.

The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed design to prevent the leakage of working fluid.

Install a two axis magnetic grid digital display system on the tailstock and trailer, with a display accuracy of 0.001mm.

Install a CCD micro projection system with a magnification of 10-20, used for calibrating the position of the grinding wheel and measuring the position of the grinding wheel hole. Multiple line segment curved surfaces and finished product R chamfers can be polished according to the drawings
