Introduction to Electric Heating Reactor

Due to differences in production processes and operating conditions among users, mixing forms generally include anchor type, slurry type, turbine type, propulsion type, or frame type. There are two types of support seats: suspended or supported.
The jacket of the electric heating reactor is filled with thermal oil, which is then heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket is provided with inlet and outlet holes for oil, overflow measurement, venting, as well as connecting holes for electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with a support, and there is a discharge port at the bottom of the pot body.

Electric heating reactorIt has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no need for boiler automatic heating, and easy use. Use an electric heating rod to heat the thermal oil inside the jacket, raising the temperature of the thermal oil to the desired level. Then, a temperature controller controls the electric heating rod to cut off power and maintain a constant temperature. It is a new type of product developed on the basis of absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad, widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, natural seasonings, food additives, and light industry.


Precautions for using electric heating reaction kettle
1. It should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and temperature marked on the product nameplate to avoid danger.
2. Strictly follow the regulations on cooling, oil injection, and other aspects in the product manual, and do a good job in equipment maintenance and upkeep.
3. When using all valves, the valve stem (needle) should be slowly rotated to tightly press the cover to achieve a sealing effect. Do not apply too much force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
4. Electrical control instruments should be operated by dedicated personnel and equipped with overload protection facilities according to regulations.
