1、 Overview of Electric Heating Mixing Tank:

The stainless steel electric heating mixing tank raises the temperature of the heat transfer oil to the required temperature through an electric heating device, and transfers heat to the materials inside the mixing tank through a heat transfer oil bath to achieve the reaction temperature of the materials. It has temperature control function, can display temperature and constant temperature PID adjustment function online, and can also be equipped with liquid level display system or flow display or pH adjustment and other control systems. For those with high requirements for automation, touch screens and PLC control can also be used. The touch screen interface is beautiful and easy to operate with just one touch, making it effortless and convenient. PLC can be equipped with automatic memory and storage functions to achieve fully automatic control.

Electric heating mixing tanks and stainless steel electric heating mixing tanks (electric heating stainless steel mixing tanks) have the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, safety, convenience, and low cost. But cooling requires the cooling of the coil inside the tank, and the temperature can be raised to a maximum of 320 ℃. If the temperature requirement is above 320 ℃, far-infrared heating is needed for the stainless steel mixing tank.
