Valves suitable for linear motion of opening and closing components, such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, plunger valves, shut-off valves, water gates, etc., can be used for open stem valves or concealed stem valves. Valves can be remotely, centrally, and automatically controlled, and are widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, and agricultural irrigation.

For a straight through valve, first set the closed position based on the "closing force/stroke", and then set the open position based on the rated stroke of the valve.

For three-way valves, set two terminal positions based on the "closing force/stroke", and then determine the actuator limit switch based on the "closing force/stroke".

The electric actuator handwheel operates to make the valve core contact the valve seat. When the valve stem starts to move axially, the force on the valve stem is the reaction force of the butterfly spring.

Continue to manually operate in the same direction to move the valve stem downwards. When the butterfly spring is compressed to the value corresponding to the actuator shown in Figure 7, ensure the required shut-off force and prevent leakage.

The product debugging after the installation and connection combination of the actuator and regulating valve must achieve three synchronous positions: regulating valve position, travel switch position, and corresponding signal position.
