2、 Product application

The Vegood electric telescopic disc valve VGDQ series actuator is suitable for 90 degree rotation valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and air doors. It can be remotely controlled, centrally controlled, and automatically controlled, and is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, and agricultural irrigation.

The electric actuator is mainly composed of isolated electrical and transmission parts, with the motor serving as the intermediate component connecting the two isolated parts. The motor outputs torque according to control requirements, which is transmitted to the trapezoidal screw through multi-stage spur gears. The trapezoidal screw converts torque into thrust through threads. Therefore, the trapezoidal screw transmits the linear travel to the valve stem through a self-locking output shaft. The output shaft of the actuator is equipped with a stop ring to prevent transmission, and the radial locking device of the output shaft can also serve as a position indicator. There is a flagpole connected to the output shaft stop ring, which runs synchronously with the output shaft. The displacement of the output shaft is converted into an electrical signal through a rack plate connected to the flagpole, and provided to the intelligent control board as a comparison signal and valve position feedback output. The travel of the actuator can also be limited by the two main limit switches on the rack plate, and protected by two mechanical limit switches.
