BOLOR quality providesGTOX-800 portable trace dissolved oxygen analyzer is economical, easy to carry, and accurate in testing, produced by GeneTestperformancereliable.
Product Introduction
The GTOX-800 portable trace oxygen analyzer is an economical, high-performance portable instrument. The sensor electrode adopts the principle of polarographic high current electrode and uses a high-performance oxygen permeable membrane, which has good stability, sensitivity, and measurement accuracy. The electrode zero drift is small (≤ 2ug/L), residual current is small, response speed is fast, service life is long, and maintenance is simple. It is a specialized analyzer for detecting trace dissolved oxygen in water such as boiler feedwater, condensate water, and deaerator outlet water.
Product Features:
*Using a high current polarographic oxygen electrode
*Fast electrode response speed and accurate measurement
*Strong anti-interference ability and high reliability
*Touch sensitive buttons, LCD display
*Equipped with backlight function and automatic contrast adjustment
*Chinese menu, Chinese notes
*Can continuously record about 10000 sets of data
*The same screen can display concentration, temperature, current value, date, and time simultaneously
*Can store 50 electrode calibration records for easy analysis of electrode variation patterns
*Can record 200 instrument usage and alarm records for easy management
*Industrial controlled watchdog ensures instruments do not crash
*Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/RFI) design complies with European EN50081/50082 standards
*Protection level IP65, suitable for outdoor use
Instrument principle:
The instrument adopts a polarography sensor, with gold and silver as cathodes and anodes in the electrodes. Filled with electrolyte. The outer surface of the cathode is covered with an oxygen permeable film. Apply polarization voltage between the anode and cathode electrodes. When dissolved oxygen passes through the film and reaches the surface of the gold cathode, the following reaction occurs on the electrode:
Cathode is reduced: O2+H2O+4e → 4OH-
Anodizing: 4Cl -+4Ag-4e → 4AgCl
Under normal circumstances, the diffusion current generated by the aforementioned reduction oxidation reaction is directly proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen. Therefore, it can be seen that the oxygen electrode converts the oxygen concentration into an electrical signal, which is then amplified, adjusted, and designed for calculation, and presented on the display screen.
To eliminate the influence of temperature and pressure factors, the electrode is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor, and the instrument can manually input pressure values to automatically compensate for the impact of temperature and pressure on measurement.
Instrument usage:
*Environmental temperature: (5-40) ℃
*Relative humidity: ≤ 93% (no condensation) There should be no corrosive gases around the instrument, no other electromagnetic fields that can cause changes in the performance of the tested instrument except for the Earth's magnetic field, avoid direct sunlight, and no strong vibrations.
*Power Requirements: External Charging Stand: Voltage: AC (110-240) V, Frequency: 50/60Hz,
*Built in power supply battery: DC3.7V lithium battery
*Sample requirements: Water sample temperature: (5-50) ℃, water sample flow rate: (100-350) mL/min, water sample pressure: (0.01-0.02) MPa, water sample free of oil stains and excessive suspended matter
Basic configuration:
One instrument host (including circulation cup), one trace dissolved oxygen electrode, one electrode wire, one spare oxygen electrode membrane, one electrolyte bottle, one syringe, one inlet and outlet sample tube (outer diameter of 6mm, 1.5m), one charging power adapter, one instruction manual, and one certificate/warranty card
