The M 880 is a precision instrument that meets CE standards and is easy to use, incorporating features typically only found in more expensive equipment. This instrument is designed to test the surface resistance, point-to-point resistance, and point-to-point resistance of packaging, flooring, workbenches, and other materials according to commonly used ESD industry standards.

• Automatic range:Automatically select the appropriate range from<10 ³ to>10 ¹ ² ohms.

• Automatically select test voltage:The measurement voltage for the conductive range (<10 ⁵ ohms) is 10 volts, and the measurement voltage for the dissipation and insulation range (>10 ⁶ ohms) is 100 volts.

• Clear resistance indication:A three color 12 LED array (4 green LEDs for conductivity, 6 yellow LEDs for electrostatic dissipation, and 2 red LEDs for insulation) is used to indicate the resistance of the material in the tenth harmonic range and characterize it as conductive, dissipative, or insulating.
