Product Details

It can replace any form of target flow switch. Compared with target flow switch, it can avoid false flow caused by pump cavitation and has very accurate reset flow and disconnection flow.

In some large equipment and machines, circulating water is usually used to cool the unit in order to ensure that the operating temperature of the unit is within a reasonable range. When the cooling water system malfunctions, if the water flow stops, it will cause the temperature of the unit to rise, affecting the normal operation of the unit, and in severe cases, it may cause the unit to burn out. Product Description

Infrared flow sensors are installed at the inlet end of products such as water heaters to detect the inflow rate. When water flows through the product, the impeller rotates and its speed changes with the flow rate. The infrared flow sensor outputs corresponding pulse signals to the controller, which issues corresponding commands based on the size and on/off of the water flow rate. The internal design of this product adopts a physical principle structure and has the function of anti backflow signal, which eliminates the dry burning phenomenon of signal generation in the case of water flow backflow; Due to the nature of product design, the control of magnetic cores is not used, which can effectively prevent magnetic impurities in water from adsorbing onto the impeller. The long-term use signal will not change with the prolonged use of the product. In addition, without a magnetic field as a signal source, the shaking of the impeller does not affect the strength of the signal, so the gap between the impeller and the housing can be increased to ensure that the impeller will not stick or get stuck due to poor water quality during long-term use.

Within a unit flow rate, the more pulse parameters emitted, the higher the accuracy and consistency of the product. When the infrared flow sensor has a flow rate of 1 liter/minute, it emits about 20 pulse signals per second and can emit about 1200 pulse signals per minute.
