Chassis dynamometer verification device-working principle
When the vehicle continues to operate on the dynamometer, due to the phenomenon of thermal attenuation, the eddy current motor of the dynamometer generates heat during operation, which inevitably leads to a decrease in its resistance characteristics, ultimately resulting in the inability to generate corresponding resistance per unit current. To ensure the corresponding resistance is achieved, the dynamometer must increase the current to increase the friction between the drum and the tire.
