3、 Air conditioning system:

1. Working principle: Forced ventilation and internal circulation, balanced temperature and humidity control: The control system amplifies, converts, and non linearly corrects the temperature signal collected inside the box, compares it with the set temperature value (target value), and obtains a deviation signal through PID calculation. The output adjustment signal automatically controls the output power of the heater/humidifier, so that the heating and heat dissipation in the laboratory reach a dynamic balance, ultimately achieving the goal of constant temperature

2. Air circulation device: Extended shaft centrifugal fan, long shaft external motor drive

3. Air heating method: using a dedicated spiral nickel chromium alloy resistive electric heater with a large heat dissipation area; PID+SSR drive control

4、 Humidification system:

1. Built in boiler steam humidifier.

2. Equipped with automatic water level compensation and water shortage alarm system.

3. Stainless steel high-speed humidification (18KW/380V) humidification tube.

4. Humidity control adopts P.I.D control.
